Waitlist Referral Program Terms

These terms govern the TRAYS waitlist referral program (the “Program”), organized by PINKY BRAINS S.r.l. (“we”, “us”). By joining theTRAYS waitlist you can take part in the Program. Joining the waitlist and taking part in the Program are free and do not require any purchase.

1. Who can take part

Anyone who joins the TRAYS waitlist with a valid, personal email address before the waitlist closes, and who is at least 18 years old or has the consent of a parent or guardian. One person, one waitlist email.

2. Your launch discount

• Every waitlist member gets a 10% discount. Members who joined before the Program started keep the 30% discount they were promised when they signed up.
• Each eligible friend (see §3) adds 5%, up to a maximum discount of 50%. Above the maximum, further friends do not add anything.
• The discount applies only to the first year of the TRAYS Pro annual plan bought at the launch price during the launch window (§5). It does not apply to the monthly plan, to renewals, to Business plans or to any other product.
• The discount is tied to your waitlist email: no code is needed. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money or other products.

3. When a friend counts

A friend is eligible when all of the following are true:

• they joined the waitlist through your personal link, before the waitlist closed;
• they are a different person, with their own valid email address (aliases of the same mailbox count as one);
• their sign-up respects the fair-use rules in §6.

The number of eligible friends becomes final when the waitlist closes on launch day. We never contact your friends on your behalf; you choose who to share your link with.

4. Using your discount

Buy the TRAYS Pro annual plan during the launch window with the same email you joined the waitlist with. The discount you earned is applied automatically at checkout.

5. Duration

• The waitlist, and with it the possibility to invite friends, closes on the day TRAYS launches.
• The launch window, during which the discount can be used, lasts2 months from the launch date. After it ends the Program is over and unused discounts expire.
• The launch date is announced on the Site and by email. If it moves, the launch window moves with it.

6. Fair use

The Program rewards real people inviting real friends. Fake or temporary email addresses, multiple sign-ups by the same person, inviting yourself, automated sign-ups or any attempt to get around the rules are not allowed. Before the discounts become final we may review unusual activity; in those cases we may not count the friends concerned and may reduce or cancel the related discount. If you think we made a mistake, write to us (§9): we will review it and answer.

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or end the Program early for legal, technical or organizational reasons, announcing it on the Site. Discounts already earned under the previous terms will be honored.

8. Personal data

The data processed for the Program (your invite code and who invited whom) is described in the Privacy Policy.
